1. Who we are

AI Agent Mastery is an educational course published by RachelBelin12. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that course and its operator. "You" refers to anyone visiting this website or communicating with us. The course email address for all privacy questions is nimmyleb14@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect information that has a clear purpose. In practice that is the following.

Information you give us directly

• The name and email address you provide when you write to support or send a message through the support form.
• Any order reference, module number or screen details you choose to include so we can help you faster.
• Anything else you voluntarily put in your message to us.

Information collected automatically

• Basic technical information your browser sends to any website, such as browser type, device type and approximate region.
• Aggregated, non identifying page view information, used to understand which parts of this page are viewed and which are ignored.

Information we do not collect

• We do not collect or store your card, bank or payment account details. Those are handled entirely by the checkout platform.
• We do not ask for sensitive personal information such as health data, government identifiers or precise location.

3. Why we collect it

• To deliver the course. The email you use at checkout is what the delivery platform uses to give you access.
• To answer you. If you write to support, we need a reply address and enough context to actually solve the problem.
• To improve the material. Aggregated page information tells us which sections confuse people so we can rewrite them.
• To meet legal obligations. Where a record is required for accounting or compliance purposes, we keep it for the required period.

We do not use your information to send unrelated marketing, and we do not build advertising profiles of you.

4. Checkout and payment

Purchases are completed through WarriorPlus, the platform that processes the checkout for this course. When you buy, you enter your details on their secure checkout rather than on this website.

• WarriorPlus processes payment and delivery, and their own privacy policy governs the information you give them.
• We receive the information needed to confirm a purchase and provide support, such as the buyer name, email address and order reference.
• Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes never reach us and are never stored by us.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website keeps cookies to a minimum. The small number in use fall into two groups.

• Essential. A browser storage value that remembers your launch price timer so it stays consistent during your visit, and any cookie set by the checkout or tracking script needed for purchase attribution.
• Analytics. Aggregated usage information that helps us understand page performance. This is not used to identify you personally.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. The page will still work. Blocking essential storage may reset the timer display, which is harmless.

6. How long we keep it

• Support messages: kept while your question is open and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can reference past conversations.
• Purchase records: kept as long as required for accounting, tax and platform compliance.
• Analytics information: kept in aggregated form and automatically aged out over time.

When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is shared only with the service providers required to run this course, and only to the extent needed.

You are in control of your information. You can ask us to do any of the following, and we will act on reasonable requests.

• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it for a legal reason.
• Stop sending you any communication, at any time, by replying with a request to stop.

9. Security

We keep the amount of information we hold deliberately small, because the safest data is data you never collected. Access to support messages is limited to the people who need it to answer you, and payment information is handled on infrastructure built for that purpose rather than by us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we do not take risks with information we do not need.

10. Children

This course is built for adults running a business or building a skill. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of eighteen. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the date at the top of this page will be updated so you can see when it last changed. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the current version.
